Education on NCD Risk Factors: Focus on unhealthy diets, physical inactivity, tobacco use, and harmful alcohol consumption.
Nutrition Field School: A demonstration plot at the hospital serving as a hands-on learning site.
Climate-Resilient Crop Planting: Growing a variety of crops with short maturity, including green leafy vegetables, orange-fleshed sweet potatoes, butternut, beetroot, moringa, rosella, carrots, capsicum, and pawpaw.
Nutrition Education: Lessons on food groups, maintaining a healthy weight, and preparing nutritious meals.
Food Demonstrations: Members showcase a variety of healthy dishes.
Monthly Meetings: Addressing members' health issues, especially with reduced contact due to longer return dates.
Leaflets/Flyers: Plans to produce key message take-home materials.
Quarterly Food Demos: Hosting "The Healthy Woman in a Healthy Competition," where groups compete in making and showcasing healthy dishes, with winning teams receiving gift hampers.
